(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation fuel management and tracking system.– Implement a comprehensive fuel management system that accurately controls, monitors, and records all fuel dispensing transactions.– A modern, reliable, secure, and user–friendly fuel management solution that improves operational accountability, enhances data accuracy, supports effective fleet management, and provides a dependable fueling system.– Provide a scalable solution that supports future expansion, additional fueling locations, additional vehicles, and emerging technologies without requiring replacement of the entire system.– Improve Data Security through encrypted communications, role–based security, audit trails, secure data storage, and appropriate cybersecurity protections– A turnkey solution including all labor, equipment, software, installation, testing, training, documentation, warranty services, and technical support necessary for a complete and operational system.  – Establishing wireless communication between the fuel island equipment and the system software where practical.– Integrate with the proposed fuel management software.– Configuring fuel transaction tracking and reporting.– Vehicle identification and tracking.– Provide automatic backups.       (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 06, 2026.          (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 04, 2026.
