CONS-25010 - USA (Sandy Springs, Georgia) - Roadway Asset Inventory and Pavement Condition Assessment Services - Deadline December 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide roadway asset inventory and pavement condition assessment services to the government authority located in Sandy Springs, GA.• The consultant shall conduct a physical field evaluation of the 302 centerline miles of City maintained roadways, including both directions of travel• The data gathered shall include at a minimum alligator cracking, block cracking corrugation, depression, edge cracking, longitudinal or transverse cracking, patching, potholes, rutting, shoving, swelling, general weathering, and raveling etc., or similar condition assessments.• The physical field evaluation of approximately 302 miles of City–maintained roadways shall include a Traffic Sign Inventory and Assessment to document the type, location, and condition of traffic control signs. A geo–database inventory of signs shall be compiled including roadway name, location, legend ( designation (i.e. R–1, etc.), size, color, and overall condition. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.
