CONS-24317 - USA (Baytown, Texas) - Residential Demolition Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential demolition services to the government authority located in Baytown, TX.– Demolition and removal of residential buildings and structures.– Supplies, supervision, and utilities to successfully demolish structures as indicated by the Planning and Development Services designee.– Demolition consists of the complete removal of building(s) and/or structure(s) including all walls, footings, columns, floors, piers, partitions, concrete, brick, stone, wood, retaining walls and stoops, down to ground level. – All debris prior to and after demolition must be removed from the property. Debris shall include all junk, trash, construction materials, metal, lumber, PVC, ceramic, glass, fixtures, wiring, nails, screws, piping, roofing materials, and any other debris so specified by the Planning and Development Services designee and must be removed from the property. – All concrete driveways, walkways, piers, foundations, slabs, base walls, porches, patios, steps, etc. – The Planning and Development Services designee will make final approval. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
