ACCT-25909 - USA (Okaloosa, Florida) - Arbitrage Consulting Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide arbitrage consulting services to the government authority located in Okaloosa, FL. – Perform and render services as an independent contractor and not as an agent, representative, or employee of agency.– These services shall be known as “consultant and professional services” and shall include the provision of advice and assistance on all obligations.– Provide to agency in writing a calculation of arbitrage earnings and a determination of the amount of the rebate requirement.– Provide an opinion in writing to agency that such calculations have been performed.– Consult with agency to address post–issuance tax compliance concerns.– Verify to agency that the bond issue is subject to the rebate regulations and determine what general and/or elective exceptions are available.• Perform the following on the debt yields and excess earnings:– Data review and analysis.– Compute/verify the allowable yield limit for the issues.– Compute/verify the amount of excess earnings, if any. – Compute/verify the amount of spend–down penalties payable to the agency under issues applying such provisions.– Prepare all necessary internal revenue service forms relating to services provided.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
