(1) Vendor needs to provide parking and event space project services to the government authority located in Bend, OR. – Provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the agency parking and event space project. – The project will transform the existing parking lot into a multi–use public plaza and parking facility that supports community events, tourism, parking, and daily public use.– The project includes construction of a performance platform, public restrooms, trash enclosure, bicycle parking, lighting, landscaping, utility improvements, relocation of an existing fire hydrant, and improvements. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.
