(1) Vendor needs to provide online virtual it training courses services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• The technical training, on–demand training, and training subscriptions are necessary for educating staff that have differing levels of knowledge within their roles and require specific courses that will enhance the department's ability to adopt and use advancements in technology.• Provide open enrollment training courses available on contractor’s public schedule for purchaseby other customers located in the United States as this training cannot be provided by civil service employees.• Currently, civil service employees do not have the knowledge and skills required to provide the training internally.• Provide a live instructor for all standard training courses.• Provide student workbook and hand–outs, as applicable, to each participant in a course.• Provide a certificate of completion to participants upon completion of the entire course.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
