(1) Vendor needs to provide design services for memorial park to the government authority located in Calexico, CA.– Design firm to prepare three (3) conceptual park design alternatives and corresponding cost estimates for the enhancement and build out of the Park.– Project Administration & Coordination– Site Analysis & Existing Conditions Assessment– Community Engagement & Visioning– Concept Development & Design Approach– Phased Design & Cost Estimates(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
