CCTV, Access Control, and Physical Security System Maintenance - Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is conducting market research for a requirement to provide comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance services for the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) located at Naval Hospital (NH) Camp Pendleton and its associated branch clinics. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, and materials necessary to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the existing integrated physical security infrastructure. The core OEM platforms include, but are not limited to: Avigilon, Lenel, Genetec, Hirsch, Bosch, and Stentofone. The full equipment list is detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a non-personal services contract. The anticipated Period of Performance is a 3-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. Key Qualifications for Interested Parties: To be considered capable, prospective contractors must demonstrate, at a minimum: Possession of an active State of California C10 or C7 contractor license. The ability to provide technicians with current, manufacturer-authorized certifications for the specific ESS platforms listed in the PWS. The ESS network is a standalone, closed-loop system and does not connect to the main DoD network. As such, many standard IT/cybersecurity requirements (RMF, CMMC, SAAR) are not applicable to this requirement (see Part 6 of the PWS for details).
