SOLIDWORKS LICENSE RENEWAL

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a solicitation only. Proposals are being requested and a formal solicitation will NOT be issued. This acquisition is being issued as sole source to Lyme Technology Solutions Inc. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; the Solicitation Number is W519TC26QWORK for SolidWorks License Renewal. All terms and conditions of the underlying Blanket Purchase Agreement, N6600121A0029, are applicable to this Call Order. BASIS FOR AWARD The Government will award a single call order to the quoter that is deemed responsible and compliant with all the requirements of this solicitation. Total Price is calculated as the sum of all CLINs added together. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(g), the Government intends to award a contract against this solicitation without discussions.
