The U.S. Navy, Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae (CFAC), Republic of Korea, intends to establish a fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for on-site Roman Catholic religious services. Required services include Sunday Mass, Holy Day of Obligation Masses, and Confession at the CFAC Chapel in Chinhae, South Korea.
