This building requires multiple separate circulation paths, including 1) restricted circulation for judges connecting the judicial parking to chambers and courtrooms and 2) public circulation leading from the security screening station at the building entry to the public offices of each agency in the building and to the courtrooms and other public spaces. Careful consideration must be made to incorporate these separate circulation paths with code required exit pathways. Required public exits from the courtroom cannot exit into the restricted corridors. Secure parking area. Second floor (or above) for Courtroom(s). Minimum of two public elevators, one for public use and the second for agency use. Second elevator can be a freight elevator. Screening space for visitors. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
