Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S8R26Q0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Brand Name Only Trimble Robotic Total Station, 200 RHS. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The 179th CW/MSC intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The following simplified factors will be used to evaluate quotations in accordance with RFO FAR commercial procedures: Technical Capability: The capability of the proposed items to meet the Government's requirement, including the mandatory OEM authorization proving authorized reseller status. Price: The proposed price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Past Performance: In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7024 and DoD mandate, the Government will evaluate the offeror's past performance by retrieving data from the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) (https://www.sprs.csd.disa.mil/) and may consider other sources of information to assess the risk of unsuccessful performance. Contract award or performance is suspended during the protest to the same extent, and within the same time periods as if filed at the GAO. The NG protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 35 calendar days from filing. An agency protest may be filed with either the Contracting Officer or the NG Agency’s Protest Decision Authority, but not both, in accordance with NG protest procedures. To be timely, the protests must be filed with the periods specified in FAR 33.103.
