Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHC1, Lauren Tatum, Contract Specialist, via email lauren.tatum@dla.mil . For request for solicitation, in the email subject line enter SPRRA2-26-R-0064, provide your name, the company name, Cage Code, and a telephone/facsimile number. The Government proposes to acquire the labor to assemble, test, and integrate the finished hardware for the Qatar spares for the PATRIOT Radar and Battle Management Command and Control System (BMC4I) in support of the PATRIOT Weapon System. This will be placed on the existing subsumable indefinite delivery requirements type contract (SPRRA2-25-D-0016) to support Qatar’s PATRIOT operations for the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC). See attachment “Spares List_Qatar Spares 2.0_23Mar26’ for a list of parts to provide the associated labor. This item is restricted to: RAYTHEON, CAGE CODE: 05716. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(1) having only one responsible source. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to the POCs listed with this announcement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
