10/2/2025 Update: Amendment 0004 provide updates to the following Section: Solicitation Notes. 9/18/2025 Update: Amendment 0003 updates solicitation note #13, extends the closing submission date and time for Interim Proposal Revisions, and provides updates to the following Sections: Section B –Supplies or Services and Prices or Costs, and Section M – Evaluation Factors for Award. 08/11/2025 Update: Amendment 0002 aims to provide answers to general information questions that have been submitted by interested vendors and updates to SECTION B – SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES OR COSTS of the solicitation. Lastly, a solicitation notes 28 has been added to the solicitation. 7/28/2025 Update: Amendment 0001 corrects the period of performance for line items 0001-0003 under Section B – Supplies or Services and Prices or Costs. DLA Energy is issuing solicitation SPE602-25-R-0710 for the biennial Deep Freeze Program which provides fuel to McMurdo Station, Antarctica. The ordering period is date of award to January 31, 2026. The period of performance is December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026 plus a 30 day carry-over period to ensure delivery of orders submitted at the end of the odering period. This procurement is for one delivery FOB Origin and mode of delivery is Tanker. One contract will be awarded and all offerors must provide all products.
