These cameras are critical tools used for internal pipeline assessments, enabling technicians to conduct precise visual inspections, identify structural issues, and verify integrity in environments that cannot be accessed through conventional means. The agency has determined that the required equipment possesses unique technical capabilities, including proprietary imaging components, compatibility with existing inspection systems, and specialized durability features necessary for confined?space and submerged operations. Market research conducted by the Government indicates that Core & Main LP, UEI: YXNPHTHLB8R6 DBA: Green Equipment, Co. is the only known source capable of providing the specific camera system that meets all agency requirements without modification and that accepts a trade-in of the existing Government equipment.
