NO SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES. PROCUREMENT TITLE: bkSpecto Ultrasound & Transducer Service Agreement INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 19), 6162 S. Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award one (1) task order on a sole source basis, to BK Medical Holding Company, Inc, for bkSpecto ultrasound and transducer service agreement. BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: The Salt Lake City Healthcare System (SLCHCS) located at 500 Foothill Blvd Salt Lake City, UT 84148 has a need for continued preventative maintenance, parts, labor, replacement, and loaner service for the bkSpecto ultrasound system, all associated transducers and peripherals currently located at the SLCHCS. NAICS: 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. $34 Million PSC: J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. AUTHORITY: This procurement will be issued under the authority of RFO Part 16.5 Indefinite-Delivery Contracts. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. INTERESTED PARTIES: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement as described in the attached Salient Characteristics no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Friday, July 16th, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. Responses to this notice are to be sent to heather.chase2@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
