Request for Quote: Advanced Statistical Modeling and Assistance for Onyx Ranch State Vehicle Recreation Area (SVRA) per the attached Statement of Work. The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions. No additional questions may be allowed. Due date remains the same, 09/17/2026 1500 PST. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.
