Description?
The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement to procure Helicopter Insurance Services for eight (8) U.S. Department of State-owned UH-1ST dual-engine helicopters. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 19PM0726Q0008 ’ issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Requirement Overview: Vendor shall provide aviation liability insurance coverage for the specified helicopters. Coverage will apply within Panama, North, Central, and South America, including the Caribbean region (excluding Cuba). Insurance must comply with the terms outlined in Attachment 1 ’ Statement of Work (SOW). Submission Requirements: Offerors must submit a completed FAR 52.212-3 “Offerors Representations and Certifications ’ Commercial Items’ form. with their offer, even if already registered in SAM.gov A completed and signed item table or a detailed, signed offer must accompany the submission. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer, as required by FAR 4.1102. All quotations and questions regarding this requirement must be sent via email to: INLPROCPanama@state.gov. . If there are any questions regarding this solicitation please submit in writing to CLAUDIA BURKE, 317-5892 / by, email: INLPROCPANAMA@STATE.GOV no later than 3:00 PM, April 22, 2026. Quotation Deadline: May 5, 2026, 3:00 PM (Local Time, Panama). Quotations received after this date/time will not be considered. Proposals must be submitted in English. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
