Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona intends to proceed with competitive unrestricted Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 16.2. Please reference the Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP), Attachment 1, and FITR Transmission Cell Fluidic System Cycle Operational Specifications, Attachment 2.
