It also removes paragraph "H.3. MCC 52.209-70" from SECTION H of the solicitation on page 16 of the solicitation. It also attaches the "Past Performance Questionnaire" as a WORD document for ease of use. See "Continuation Page" at top of page 2 of this Amendment for all details. Ensure that you follow the directions as outlined in "Block 11" above. Failure to do so may prevent you from consideration for award.
