UPDATE as of 15 Dec 23. The Agency has posted a follow-up pre-solicitation draft RFP at the link below. This procurement is still being worked, however, it has been pushed back; therefore, we do not have an anticipated release date of the offiical RFP. If anything changes, I will post it here. Q&A are still being worked from the initial draft RFP as well. Please submit any feedback in regards to the attachments by 3pm on 5 Dec 22. The Governmnet is NOT looking for a proposal at this time.
