The following is a presolicitation notice to the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE), as required by FAR 12.201-1 (c)(2)(i). Content will be consistent with format of FAR 5.101 (c). (3) Codes for services or supplies. The NAICS for this requirement is: 561210 – Facilities Support Services. The PSC for this requirement is: F103 – Environmental Systems Protection- Water Quality Support (4) Description. (i)The Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens requires water treatment services, including testing and treatment, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. High-level services include: Routine scheduled on site monthly visits. Testing Treatment of water Compliance with all safety, reporting, and documentation requirements See statement of work. (ii) The contract will be awarded based on the following evaluation factors: Price and Past Performance. Anticipated Award Date: September 1, 2026. (iii) N/A (iv) If technical data required to respond will not be furnished as part of the solicitation, identify where and how prospective offerors can obtain the data. Not applicable, technical data is not required to respond. (v) If an award of a construction contract to a small business is anticipated, include information about definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders (see part 36). Not appliable, this is not a construction contract. (vi) Include a statement that all responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the agency. (vii) For noncompetitive contract actions (including those at or below the SAT), identify the intended source and explain why competition is lacking. This is a competitive action. Quotes are being requested at this time. (viii) State whether an offeror or its product or service must meet a qualification requirement in order to be eligible for award; and if so, identify the office from which the qualification requirement may be obtained.
