See attachments for additonal information. Misawa AB, Japan is in need of Construction Escorts who are U.S. Citizens and hold a TIER 1 Investigation Clearance to monitor local nationals working on upcming construction projects. This need is expected to begin June 2026 and projected to extend through FY31. This will be a firm-fixed price IDIQ, base plus four (4) option year contract. The proposed pricing shall be fully burdened. This requirement is subject to the requirements of CIAR. This is a solicitaiton and proposals are currently being requested.
