2. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date, add attachments, and clarify the set-aside code. 5 March 2026 1. Combined synopsis must be submitted via PIEE. DLA-Energy has requested USACE conduct an API 653 Internal Inspection on Facility# 1835 at Yakima Training Center in Yakima, WA in accordance with all law, standards, federal regulations, as well as any state and local regulations and guidelines.
