This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001 – 12 Months, Annual Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Services on Stanhope-Seta equipment for Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH) in accordance with the enclosed Performance Work Statement (PWS).
