Description?
The Department of Commerce intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for a Labor Market and Economic Analytics Subscription for use by SelectUSA. The required subscription shall provide labor market, economic, demographic, education, industry, workforce, supply chain, and occupation-related analytics at national, state, regional, county, and zip code levels. The platform shall support customizable geographic regions, industry and occupation groupings, downloadable datasets, data visualizations, and exportable reports. The requirement includes seven (7) user licenses and a base year with option periods, if applicable. The Government is seeking a commercial subscription service that can support regional comparisons, workforce and occupation analysis, supply chain analysis, education and skills gap analysis, economic impact analysis, and data query functionality. This procurement is being conducted as a brand name or equal acquisition. The referenced brand name product is JobsEQ. Any ’equal’ product must meet the salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics identified in the solicitation and Statement of Work. Interested vendors may submit capability statements and quotations demonstrating their ability to provide a product meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Quotations will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis in accordance with the solicitation.
