Fire Panel Maintenance and Service for Sector Delaware Bay AOR

The work consists of providing all labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision as required to conduct quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections on all fire suppression systems according to Local, State, and NFPA guidelines and regulations. Areas of concern will span across multiple locations in Philadelphia, PA; Atlantic City, NJ; Ocean City, NJ; Point Pleasant Beach, NJ;Sea Isle City, NJ; Barnegat Light, NJ; Millville, NJ; Rehoboth Beach, DE; and Lewes, DE. Interested vendors may use the "Sector AOR Fire Panel SOW" attachment where POC's for each location are provided to schedule site visits to gain a clarity of the needs of each location. Offerers shall include individual estimates for costs for each location for clear budgeting purposes and transparency of costs relevant to each units needs. More time has been allotted to permit interested vendors to conduct site visits to each location prior to bidding. Updated SF-1442 has been attached and FAR Clauses for consideration.
