A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as UNRESTRICTED. NAICS: 321999 Important Note: Contractors are instructed to review the attached DD 254 Security Classification document and contact the POC below for the specifications of the patterns.
