SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Air Force Test Center’s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) located in Tennessee is seeking sources that are interested in and capable of meeting the Government’s requirement to upgrade the independent air supply to a test facility at Arnold AFB, TN. INTRODUCTION: The Government requires design, analysis, procurement, documentation, fabrication, installation, inspection, demonstration, and testing necessary to provide complete and functional temperature-controlled air supply to the test cell. Scope includes modifications to the process air (including demolition), utility distribution, electrical, and controls systems within the limits defined in Attachment 2 ’ Performance Parameters. NOTE: Attachment 2 ’ Performance Parameters is marked Distribution Statement D. Interested parties may email the Contracting Officer with their company CAGE code to request a copy of the Performance Parameters. The Government intends to hold a site visit the week of 13 April 2026. Further details will be provided. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is TBD. Interested parties are encouraged to recommend a NAICS code for consideration.
