Description?

The purpose of this amendment is to change the Pre-Award days to 1 Working Day after Bid Opening. 1. Section 00 21 00 Paragraph 1.5 PPREAWARD INFORMATION DREDGING (FAR 9.105-1) has been changed from five (5) working days to one (1) working day after Bid Opening. 2.
