Description

The purpose of this RFI is to assess interest in a long-term partnership opportunity to develop, redevelop, or repurpose multiple parcels, including improved property at NSGL. Respondents should be interested in entering into a real estate agreement with DON in exchange for providing IKC. The DON invites Industry responders to complete and submit a response to this RFI detailing proposed redevelopment plans or other ideas/concepts for the subject property no later than 2:00 PM EST on 8 April 2026. The DON intends to use the information gathered from this RFI to evaluate potential uses of the property and determine whether to release a formal Request for Proposals (RFP). The DON will not release or publicly use responses marked ’proprietary information. Those interested in attending the Industry Day scheduled for 29 January 2026 can RSVP using the link in the attachment titled "NSGL Industry Day RFI Mod 1".
