The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Merrill Fence Co., for the emergency repair of an exterior fence for the BIA, Navajo Regional Office, Gamerco Facility, Gamerco, NM, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).
