The purpose for this justificaiton is to extend services under Contract No. 75N98020C00002 with Eagle Health LLC for a period of six months in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. This action is critical to ensure the continuity of the comprehensive occupational medical program servicing nearly 20,000 NIH employees, including clinical researchers and essential laboratory staff.
