ZMP Multiple Projects

The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Branch, has construction efforts located at the Minneapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZMP) to: Replace Corroded Heating Boilers Exhuast Stack Replace Chilled Water Valves Replace Humidifiers AHU-12 and AHU-13 Replace 10 Gas Unit Heaters The project is full and open for all capable firms. The Reqest for Offer (RFO), including each project's Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates are attached to this announcement. A site visit will be announced at a later date. The price range for this requirement is between $400,000-$500,000. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be elgible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. In addition, offerors are cautioned to read the RFO carefully and ensure all proposals conform to the requirements of Section L and M.
