***IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE STATEMENT OF WORK, YOU WILL HAVE TO EMAIL THE CONTRACTING OFFICER, SHERIDAN ROBION AT SHERIDAN.ROBISON@US.AF.MIL, TO REQUEST DOCUMENTS. VENDORS MUST BE REGISTERED WITHIN THE JCP PORTAL TO RECEIVE DOCUMENTS** Commodity: The Air Force intends to have an Industry Day to prepare to synopsize, solicit and award the following commodity: The Contractor shall design, fabricate, assemble, and test fit one (1) stand set in accordance with the Overall PDM Stand Set Drawing. After Government approval, the Contractor shall design, fabricate, assemble, and test fit two (2) additional stand sets in accordance with the Overall PDM Stand Set Drawing. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the purchase of three (3) PDM Stands to include a complete design, fabrication, inspection, testing, documentation, delivery, equipment installation, work stand assemblies, labor and other incidentals necessary to provide the stands. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW). A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at HYPERLINK https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ . The NAICS code for this requirement is 332312 with a size standard of 500 EMP. The site visit will take place on 7 May 2026 from 10:00 AM ’ 1:00 PM (participants will be required to meet at 8:30 AM, additional instructions to follow). If you will be attending the site visit, you must notify Sheridan Robison at sheridan.robison@us.af.mil by 30 April 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. The email must contain who will be attending, phone numbers and emails for each individual, and if you will/will not need assistance getting on Tinker Air Force Base. YOU MUST RSVP TO THE EMAIL BY THE STATED TIME AND DATE TO BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE VISIT. You will need to bring a driver’s license (Real ID) or passport to be allowed on the installation.
