NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Internet Systems Corporation's Berkely Internet Name Domain’s (BIND) Silver Software with a Period of Performance of 9/11/22- 9/10/23 and 2 1-year optons of OY1 9/11/23- 9/10/24; OY2 9/11/24- 9/10/25. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for Internet Systems Corporation's Berkely Internet Name Domain’s (BIND) Silver Software. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one base year with Period of Performance of 9/11/22- 9/10/23 and 2 1-year optons of OY1 9/11/23- 9/10/24; OY2 9/11/24- 9/10/25. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 10:00 AM EST on 8 June 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
