This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 Dated 27 August 2025. This is set-aside for small business with the NAICS code of 811310, size standard $12,500,000.00. Non-personal services contract to conduct diagnostic inspections of kitchen equipment at the attached locations for operability and service status, to include minor preventative maintenance tasks.This update is being posted to fix a typo in the combined synopsis.
