Update 30 May 2018: The purpose of this update is to publish the materials presented during the Industry Day, provide a list of attendees, and to remind interested offerors that the Government is willing to conduct Pre-Solicitation Capability Assessments of your facilities in order to provide early feedback how well your facilities meet our current requirements and to better inform the Government's market research. In order to coordinate schedules, please respond to the Contracting Officer via email kurt.dronenburg@fe.navy.mil and to the requiring activity at usn.atsugi.fltreadcenwpacja.list.business-office@mail.mil stating your preferred date for the Government to visit your facilities from among the following options: 1. 18 Jun - 29 Jun 2018 2. 30 Jul - 10 Aug 2018 3. 27 Aug - 7 Sep 2018 The Government would prefer to conduct these visits as early as possible to facilitate a prompt contract schedule. The tentative contract schedule is as follows: RFP Release: 21 Sep 2018 Proposals Due: 23 Nov 2018 Award on Initial Offers (if no Discussions): 17 May 2019 Final Proposal Revisions Due (if Discussions are held): 1 Jun 2019 Award after Discussions: 30 Aug 2019 Please note that these dates may change in the future. The Government welcomes industry feedback on the draft documents provided 16 May 2018.
