Only Small Businesses will be considered for award. The Government is seeking to acquire Combat Survivor Locater Evader Ultra High Frequency Base Station Support (CSEL UBS) services. The deadline for this Request For Proposal is ***7 MAY 2026*** at 1200 PST, and the closing of questions is ***22 April 2026*** at 1200 PST. Questions will be consolidated among all offerors and answered via solicitation amendment one (1) week after the closing of questions. ONLY OFFERS SUBMITTED VIA THE PIEE SOLICITATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Offers submitted via other means will not be evaluated for award.
