Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for the construction project entitled, “Bailey Lift Station – Section 219, Lake Station, Lake County, Indiana (USACE Acquisition)." PROJECT INFORMATION: Under the contract, the contractor will replace the Bailey Pump Station with a new 400 gpm pump station. The lift station is sized to accommodate additional flow from the growth in the area. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237110, with a small business size standard in dollars of $39.5 Million.
