Description

Provide and delivery security lighting for the Rosebud Indian Health Service Unit located at Rosebud Hospital, 800 Hospital Dr, Rosebud, South Dakota. This shall be an all-inclusive contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, travel, lodging, per diem, supervision, insurance, permits, and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes necessary to provide the required security lights. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide and deliver security lighting meeting the specifications below. All items shall be new, unused, and suitable for exterior security lighting applications. REQUIRED PRODUCT 1.HGX LED SECURITY LIGHTS •Manufacturer: Lithonia Lighting or approved equal •Manufacturer Part Number: ALO SWW2 120 PIR M2 Bronze •Quantity: 195 Each (EA) MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS •LED security lights, hard-wired, equipped with a photocell for automatic dusk-to-dawn operation. •Dual round-head fixture design with adjustable light heads. •4000K color temperature. •120V electrical requirement. •Adjustable light output settings. •Motion-activated sensor. •Bronze finish suitable for outdoor use. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS All 195 security lights shall be delivered to Rosebud Hospital, 800 Hospital Dr, Rosebud, SD. The contractor shall coordinate delivery with the COR, Edward Arcoren, or designated representative. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE The Government reserves the right to inspect all delivered items to verify compliance with this Statement of Work. Any item found to be damaged, defective, or not meeting specifications shall be replaced at no additional cost to the Government.
