PROJECT: 36C260-26-AP-3685, 531-26-3-5043-0091 Exterior Painting Boise VAMC Bldgs 4, 120, 124 Project location: Boise VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to prepare and paint designated exterior building elements at the Boise VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702. All work shall conform to the Statement of Work (SOW), manufacturer specifications, and applicable VA standards. The magnitude of construction is between $15,000 - $25,000 NAICS: 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors. Size Standard: $19 Million This procurement is 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Offeror must be eligible at the time of proposal submission. SDVOSB shall be certified in https://dsbs.sba.gov at the time of proposal. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Proposals must be submitted to Charlene.johnson8@va.gov andalan.perez@va.gov no later than 10:00AM PDT on July 21st, 2026. The current applicable wage determination is attached or available on SAM.gov. Any updated version will apply at the time of award. Any FAR or VAAR clauses listed in supporting documentation are for reference only and do not supersede or replace the clauses included in the solicitation or contract. FAR and VAAR provisions in the solicitation or contract prevail. Period of Performance is 90 days from Notice to Proceed
