ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE UNCHANGED Oxford Instruments Ultim Infinity 170 or equal for The United States Geological Survey (USGS), Geology, Geophysics, and Geochemistry Science Center in Denver, CO, supporting the Energy and Minerals Mission Area. 1. This is a Solicitation issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Submit written quotations on RFQ Number 140G0226Q0045. This solicitation will utilize FAR Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, using streamlined evaluation and award procedures. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 and the FAR Overhaul deviations. 3. The solicitation is NOT a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) and the size standard is 1,000 employees. 4. In accordance with FAR Provision 52.204-7 System for Award Management. (NOV 2024) (Deviation MAR 2026), Vendors shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award. To register in SAM, go to https://www.sam.gov. Allow for processing time when registering in SAM.
