Presolicitation The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to issue RFQ 36C25226Q0623 for Brand Name Only: Carl Zeiss Visulas Combi YAG Green for FHCC VAMC in North Chicago, IL. This firm-fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 339115. Please see RFQ document 36C25226Q0623 for requirements. Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C25226Q0623. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory.
