Sources Sought Notice This notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation of the government to acquire any products or services. Responses to this notice will be used for informational purposes only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs from the government will arise as a result from a response to this announcement. No contract will be awarded from this notice. The information requested in this notice will be used to determine if there are sufficient socioeconomic small business concerns that are capable of performing the work described for the requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement; Molecular Testing Platform. For the Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVAHCS), Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 6010 Amarillo Boulevard, West, Amarillo, TX 79106. See Statement of Work. BACKGROUND Amarillo VA Health Care System Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service 6010 Amarillo Boulevard, West Amarillo, TX 79106 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The AVAHCS and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Lubbock, TX; Dalhart, TX; Childress, TX; and Clovis, NM, are in need of replacement analyzers to perform molecular testing on our patient population. See SOW for the performance requirements. RESPONSE If interested, please provide the following information in your response: 1. Name of Company and point of contact; name, phone number and email address. 2. SAM UEI # or DUNS number. 3. Company socio-economic status (i.e., Small Business, SDVOSB/VOSB). 4. Provide a list of Authorized SDVOS/VOSB distributors. 5. Capability Statement and indicate if products are available on GSA Schedule of open market. The information provided in a response to this notice may be used in developing an acquisition approach. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking any proprietary or competitive sensitive information that is provided in a response. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform must respond to the notice to be considered by 10:00 AM CST, Monday, June 22, 2026. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to Jose.Campa@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
