REQUIREMENT The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) Office of Satellite Product Operations (OSPO) has a requirement for a filtration system for the 21m antenna located at the Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS) in Fairbanks, AK. The current filtration system features a 30-mesh stacked plate design which cannot support drastic fluctuations in temperature while maintaining stable oil temperatures. The 30-mesh design is unable to properly remove moisture content from the oil used in the gearboxes. This requirement will upgrade the current Filtration System to filter at a rate of IO microns, filter excess moisture from oil, and provide cleaner oil to the gearboxes to reduce equipment maintenance. SPECIFICATIONS: See Attached for Specifications Interested parties are encouraged to submit a response which supports the company's claim that it presently has the qualifications and experience to provide all items that will satisfy the requirements above. Include the following: Positive Statement of Interest as Prime Contractor, including capabilities, qualifications, and experiences, not exceeding three (3) total pages; Any General Service Administration (GSA) schedule, Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) or Multiple Award Contract numbers and information that allow for the ordering of 21m Antenna Filtration Parts; Your company’s Legal Name, Physical Address, Unique Entity ID (UEI) number, CAGE code and Point of Contact information including email and phone number; and Your company’s business size under the NAICS Code 333998.
