See attachments for full details of the items being procured. This is a solicitation for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for the B1 CAD/PAD parts. Total estimated ceiling amount for this contract effort is estimated to be $23 M. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Chemring Energetic Devices under authority FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is due to the requirement being a highly specialized supply/capability.
