Regional 8(a) Janitorial Services

This acquisition will result in the award of a performance based, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for services comprising Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work for custodial services in the Naval Washington District (NDW) at sites within 100-mile radius of Washington, DC. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide the services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). AMENDMENT 0006 The purpose of this amendment is to: a. Provide responses to questions received prior to or on February 23, 2026. b. Post Pre-proposal presentation and Site Visit Sign-in sheet held February 17-19, 2026. c. Revise Item 16 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: 1. add information for “similar services awarded” 2. remove geographical restrictions d. Attach Section C, to include Annex 1503010 along with 0100000 and 0200000 in its entirety. e. Attach Exhibit C, Past Performance. f. Revise Section G.6 FedMall Blanket Task Orders. g. Revise Section H.11 Blanket Task Order Procedures. h. Attach Carderock LIUNA CBA Addendum A and B. i. Remove from Section I, FAR 52.208?9 Contractor Use of Mandatory Sources of Supply or Services. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 0005 The purpose of this amendment is toextend the Proposal Due date to from Monday, March 9, 2026 to Monday, March 16, 2026, 10:00 AM. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged AMENDMENT 0004 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Proposal Due date from Monday, March 3, 2026 to Monday, March 9, 2026, 2:00 PM. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to correct the response date in PIEE from Feb 19, 2026 to March 2, 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
