This brand-name sole-source justification is for the procurement of Honeywell NOTIFIER fire alarm system components, including intelligent smoke detectors, intelligent heat detectors, and horn/strobe notification devices, required for the Building 1 Exit Passageway Project at the VA Medical Center, San Juan, PR.
