Statements are due no later than 9/21/25 at 10:00 am Central Time. Please indicate Response to Repeater Service Upgrade in subject line of e-mail. No phone calls please. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services.
